How It Works

  • Sign up and pay all required fees in full or pay the $200 deposit to reserve your spot.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • Book your flight and provide us with your travel information in order to arrange your roundtrip hotel transfer.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.

Payment Plan Details

  • Your $195 down payment is due at registration.

  • Your first monthly payment of $200 is due on April 19, 2026.

  • All remaining payments are $250 per month.

  • Your final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival (October 19, 2026).

  • Your room and retreat experience are officially secured once your final payment is received.
